1. SPELLING CREATOR is an educational TOOL.
Create your own Spelling words. with sound, pictures and video clips.
Spelling Creator can be set to US or UK female voices for letters.
Spelling Creator allows you to use a Mouse or the Keyboard in most areas.
Spelling Creator is suitable for all ages.

3. PURCHASE SPELLING CREATOR REGISTRATION
When purchasing SPELLING CREATOR Registration, a Registration Password is sent to the
email address supplied on the purchase form. The Password is used to register the software.

Registration, enables the Lower Case feature and also allows the creation of up to 998 spelling words.
Create words using voices, pictures and video clips of your choice.

You can purchase the SPELLING CREATOR Registration from the SPELLING CREATOR internet site.

Please Be advised that some computers may not be suitable for the Spelling Creator Software.
It is a requirement that you Download the Spelling Creator Software and test it on the
intended computer before purchasing registration. There is no refund on registration purchase.

4. a) To start SPELLING CREATOR Close all applications & click on SPELLING CREATOR on your desktop.

OR. Close all applications. From Desktop CLICK on: Start & Programs & SPELLING CREATOR.

OR Use Windows explorer. Click on Spelling Creator folder.Click on SpellingCreator.exe

SPELLING CREATOR allows you to use the KEYBOARD or MOUSE in most areas.
Use the highlighted letters to move from menu to menu.
Use special feature keys in yellow boxes as required.

DATABASE and SPELLING FEATURES

SPELLING LEVELS
Once you have created many words you can choose to spell by levels. From Level ALL to Level 10.
Level ALL displays all available words.
Level 3 displays words which are 2 to 3 letters long.
Level 4 displays words which are 4 letters long. the same applies for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Level 10 displays words which are 10 to 12 letters long.

Video On - Choose whether to play a video after spelling or not

Upper Case - Choose Upper case or Lower Case. Lower Case is only available to registered members.

ON - This On-Off button (next to upper case button in the spelling section) will switch the
little friend encouragement comment off or on, the little friend comment is played when the
spelling of a word is correct and a video clip starts.

Auto- Automatically Spells 1 word or all words in the Data Base.

SORTING - in the spelling section, the ''CHOOSE word '' button will show you all the words that
currently exist on your computer you can double click on a word to start spelling from that word.
You will also see options to sort the words in the order of your choice, alphabetically, by length
or mixed.

When you use the Sorting, the list is changed to the order you choose.
The order that you choose, is the order in which the words will be displayed for Spelling.

CREATE WORDS FEATURE
Create your own Spelling words to use with SPELLING CREATOR Spelling.
Create words by recording words, adding pictures and video clips.

The trial version of SPELLING CREATOR allows you to create only 3 words for free.

Requirements to create spelling words.

PICTURES
Digital Pictures - pictures saved at 320x240 or 480x360 pixels in size and in a JPG image format.
(eg. happy.jpg)

Sound Recording of Word.
A microphone (mic) input on your computer.
A microphone so you can Record yourself saying the word.
Recording must be saved in WAV sound file format. (eg. happy.wav or flower.wav)
Windows has a Sound Recorder. It is normally located in start menu / programs / accessories.

VIDEO for WORD
The video should be saved in a 320x240 or 480x360 pixels size, in AVI or MPG video format which is suitable
for your Windows Media Player. (eg. happy.avi or happy.mpg)
To save space on your computer we recommend you use no more than 15 seconds of video clip for each word.
When a word is created your original files are NOT moved or deleted from their original source.
New files are created in the SPELLING CREATOR directory for each word you create.
Always Make sure you have enough free hard disk space before creating words.
Words can be deleted in the spelling area of the SPELLING CREATOR software.

There are 4 stages to create a word.
1) Add picture 2) Add sound of word (3) Add video for word. (4) type in word.

Follow instruction on the screen for each stage and add files as required for the word.
SPELLING CREATOR supplies only 1 template to practice creating your own words.

In stage 4 you will be required to enter the spelling of the word.
Each word you enter can be 2 to 12 letters long with no spaces in the middle.
Type in the word required in the box and click on Create button or Retype button if you
have made a mistake.

2 boxes will pop up to confirm creation YES and NO click on yes to create. The word is created
and the screen changes to a menu. Go to Spelling to test the word.

You can create 3 words for free.
To Create more words please purchase SPELLING CREATOR registration.

UNINSTALL:
To Uninstall SPELLING CREATOR use the ''add/remove Programs'' in the windows control panel.
or Delete the c:spellingcreator directory.

5. LEGAL
This is a legal Agreement(the"Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and spellingcreator.com ("SPELLING CREATOR").
By using this software , you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement DO NOT USE this software.

SPELLING CREATOR SOFTWARE LICENCE
1. SPELLING CREATOR (the "Software") is owned by spellingcreator.com
You have no ownership or proprietary rights in or to the Software and its contents.
For purposes of this section, "use" means loading the Software into RAM,
as well as installing on a hard disk or other storage device.

2. REDISTRIBUTION of START SOFTWARE:
You can freely distribute ONLY the SPELLING CREATOR SETUP software SpellingCreatorSetup.exe
or SpellingCreatorSetup.zip in their original size.
The original files SpellingCreatorSetup.exe or SpellingCreatorSetup.zip include only
5 (spelling) Spelling words for demonstration.

The latest version of original files SpellingCreatorSetup.exe or SpellingCreatorSetup.zip
can be downloaded from the SPELLING CREATOR website

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER
SPELLING CREATOR SPELLING WORDS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER
PARTS, MODULES or FILES OF THE SPELLING CREATOR SOFTWARE.

SPELLING CREATOR REGISTRTION LICENCE.

Purchasing SPELLING CREATOR gives you a licence to install and use the software on any
suitable computer at the registered address (single street address and number) supplied
by you at the time of purchase.

SPELLING CREATOR REGISTERED SOFTWARE GRANT OF LICENCE:
SPELLING CREATOR (the "Software") is owned by spellingcreator.com
spellingcreator.com grants to you the limited right to install the software (the "software") on
any suitable computer at the registered address (street address and number supplied on
purchase invoice)

3. Under no circumstances shall you be permitted, allowed or authorized to commercially
exploit the Software or any data comprising the Software.
Neither you nor anyone under your direction shall do any of the following acts(any such acts shall
be deemed void and a breach of this Agreement) with regard to the Software, or any portion thereof:
You shall not (a)rent the Software, (b)sell the Software, (c)lease or lend the Software, (d)offer the
Software on a pay-per-play basis, (e)distribute, by electronic means or otherwise, the Software for
money or any other consideration; or (f) In any other manner and through any medium whatsoever
commercially exploit the Software or use the Software for any commercial purpose, (g)modify,
disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Software,(h)translate the Software, (i)reproduce
the Software, (j)publicly display the Software, (k)prepare derivative works based upon the Software,
(l)distribute, by electronic means or otherwise, the Software, (m)copy the software.(n) distribute by
any means Words, Story Pages or any part of this software. (o) distribute by any means
registration codes.

4. You shall not use, in any manner, the logo, logos, symbols, art work, images, screen
displays or screenshots, sound effects, music, animations, video clips and other such material
contained within, generated by or relating to the Software.

5. Restrictions Apply to Third Parties. The prohibitions and restrictions described herein
apply to anyone in possession of the Software and/or Permitted Derivative Works.

6. Copyright. The SPELLING CREATOR software is owned by spellingcreator.com and is protected
by international copyright Laws.
All SPELLING CREATOR materials contained within and generated by the SPELLING CREATOR software,
including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, animations, animated characters and
written and other materials that are part of the SPELLING CREATOR software (collectively, the "Contents")
are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by
spellingcreator.com
7. THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS." AND ALL FAULTS AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS
TO SATISFACTORY, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORTS IS WITH YOU.
SPELLING CREATOR AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR
ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SPELLING CREATOR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
INFORMATION), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
IN THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF SPELLING CREATOR OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPELLING CREATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
CLAIMED BY YOU BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
ALSO APPLIES TO ANY DEVELOPER OF SOFTWARE SUPPLIED TO SPELLING CREATOR.
SPELLING CREATOR AND THE DEVELOPER''S LIMITATION OF REMEDIES ARE NOT CUMULATIVE. SUCH
DEVELOPER IS AN INTENDED BENEFICIARY OF THIS SECTION.
8. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT YOU
UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE
INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE,
OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE,
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT''S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS
AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SPELLING CREATOR
AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS, PROPOSALS OR
UNDERSTANDINGS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT
MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
